This heartbreaking video shows armed border agents removing an undocumented girl with disabilities from the hospital to deport her. A 10-year-old girl with cerebral palsy was placed in removal proceedings immediately after being medically released from Driscoll Children’s Hospital on Wednesday morning. California-based immigration attorney Alex Galvez said Rosamaria Hernandez, who lacks legal immigration status, was transported to a children’s shelter in San Antonio that can attend to her medical needs while she awaits her case to be processed.
Why are we so quiet in the midst of all of this oppression? I’ve heard stories like these too many times these past few weeks.
