It is an undeniable truth that we are addicted to the world of technology, whether we like it or not especially when it comes to our smart phones. Our smart phones have become attached to us like a piece of our body, whether we use the bathroom, head to bed or travel thousands of miles up above, our phones are with us being used in some way or the other even if there is absolutely no use of it at that moment. But how much is too much?
