The Irishman

Martin Scorsese is always pushing the boundaries of conventional cinema and his upcoming thriller promises to be no different. The character will be played by a now younger looking Robert De Niro while the eccentric Al Pacino takes on the role of Teamsters boss Jimmy Hoffa. The movie will release in theaters on November 1st and begin streaming on Netflix November 27th.

Ford v Ferrari

We’ve seen from the success of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood that if two great actors’ pair up and the execution is in capable hands, the movie become a treat to watch. For the automotive enthusiasts and the generation that was won over by Christian Bale’s Batman portrayal, Ford v Ferrari will be an epic blockbuster. The movie also stars Matt Damon and follows the origins of Ford in the racing era of the sixties, Le Mans to be specific. It is definitely one we can’t wait for.

This is by no means the end of it. There is something for all kinds of audiences coming out this year. Frozen II is set to release on November 22nd, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Terminator: Dark Fate on November 1st and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker on December 20th. It is going to be an eventful year.
